In our individual subscription version, members cannot be "added" to groups. For security reasons, they can only be invited to groups. The members need to accept the invitation before they are able to see the group activities and other group features (such as the Wall, Message Center, Photo Gallery, etc). Because our Community Version is based on your roster, we are able to streamline the process and add members to groups, bypassing the invitation process.
We integrate with GHIN, Golfnet and the Chicago District Golf Association to pull in the latest index for all your golfing members. The indexes are automatically updated and included in all rosters and signups.
